Uses so little water

We were looking for water efficiency and were concerned when we saw how big the drum looked. No problem! It's amazing how well this cleans with so little water.

We've had this washer for almost 3 months and to date we have been extremely satisfied. The built in pedestal is great and saves on the additional price of having to buy one when you purchase other mfgrs. The machine does a great job cleaning clothes, spinning the clothes so efficiently that they feel almost dry prior to transferring to the dryer. The fact that this product is made in the USA is a plus. We purchased the dryer to this set and would recommend it as well.

Wont get detergent out of clothes

Returned mated pair, (washer & dryer), to Lowes where I bought them. No matter how little HE detergent you used, it would not get it out of clothes, even after repeated rinse cycles. I suspect it was using too little water.

to long to wash

I got this machine 2 months ago or so. Love the machine but the knob to select cycles broke some how. The only thing I don'['t care about it takes so ddarn long to wash. I quess I'm use to the old washer 30 and this takes over an hr.
