Surprising good machine!

This is our second front loading HE-type machine. Does a great job, nice and quiet and clothes come out well-wrung, ready for dryer. We've had it about 4 months and still haven't used all the features yet!
I would recommend this to a friend!

great washer

There were 2 stand-out features with this washer that lead us to purchase the washer/dryer set. One was the pedestals that make the set the perfect height and the other was in the soap compartment. There is a hole on the back of the compartment that allows air to flow thus hampering the growth of mold which was a problem with our previous washer. Good job GE.

It seems to do everything but it doesn't fold and put the clothes away. Just started using this week and was delighted when it removed stains that I had given up on with previous washer.

Bought the washer and dryer a week ago. These machines are quite, really get the cloths clean, have every option you could want, and look really great too. The built-in pedestals were a real money saver.

My front load washer

Was happy with performance but it is very difficult to level and if you complete a load and not use the fabric softner, the next load that you do will not dispense the softner so you have to re-rinse the load to get the softner to dispense.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
