I got this washer three weeks ago, it wobbled, shook and the water didn't drain. The store I got it from replaced it! Same thing, it says it's level, but it vibrates and shakes so bad, the water doesn't drain from the detergent, bleach or fabric softener dispenser. I'm having both the washer and dryer picked up...tired of dealing with it!

The washer must be perfectly balanced which is an issue because it becomes unbalanced over time which requires professional service to fix. This washer also requires you to be diligent about keeping the door dry and open or else fungus could start growing, which makes it a poor choice if you have other people using it. Also had a mystery leak that was fixed even though the service tech "couldn't find it." Maintenance is farmed out to contractors that don't really care if they fix it or not.

I did my homework, researched, read reviews, and purchased the Right Height washer & dryer with confidence. The only thing I didn't like when I got it was the fact that I couldn't change the water setting. Everything else seemed okay; I had HE machines before & already knew the wash would take a LONG time and these are no different. My biggest gripe is that sometimes the clothes come out smelling awful - after washing & drying (& they don't sit in the washer either) they smell worse than they went in. I figure it's because they use so little water, which again, you can't adjust, so now I make sure I only do medium or small loads (which kind of negates the purchase of larger capacity machines) and clothes seem to be fine. The dryer is good.

Bought washer just little over a year ago and it stop working. I did not buy extended warranty, however costumer relations was great and GE cover the cost of fix the washer and later replacing washer. In my second washer now. Hope it last longer than the first one.

Wouldn't balance when empty, sometimes would, sometimes wouldn't add water. Soap pods came out the way they went in!

I love the settings and how the clothes come out.! Clothes are not beat up!! But it does not rinse in cold water. I used the delicate/ hand wash cycle wth no spin (I love that) BUT it rinsed in hot water! Even Though I set the cold water setting.
