Great features on this machine. I had and old front loader and it tangled the clothes. This one has a de tangle feature that helps prevent that. I love the quick wash choice. It is a simple short cycle that does a great job on my clothes. I have also used the steam and sanitize feature with comforters and love it. Most of all I love that the clothes come out much much drier than from my previous washer. This means that the clothes dry much faster in the dryer. We kind of splurged on this washer, but I'm so glad we did. I love everything about it.

I bought this machine 4 months ago. Washes ok. But each time it goes into a spin cycle it acts as if it is unbalanced. Does not matter if light or heavy clothing is being washed.

This is my first front load washer, we made a good decision to buy this pair....., thanks everyone's review which gave me the confidence to buy, also the energy efficient and water saving are two major factor, made in USA is another plus. I really love this pair, I love those new functions, the first time I see the cloth can be washed clean without pre-treatment.
