I've had this for only a few weeks but it is well worth the money.It is very quite and it's not hard on your clothes but it cleans excellent. I love it!

So far this has been a good machine,I just wish the manuals more informative. I bought the 4.5 and am really impressed w/the size of the drum. I also like that it came w/a stand, I hated the idea of having to buy 2 different items. I'm also glad that I was able to buy American made, that is very important to me. I just hope when the purchase of GE is final, it's new owners will be as supportive of it product owners.
