So far so good

I have only had this washer for a few days. I will come back and change my rating if anything changes as I continue to use it. I have used most of the options already as my laundry was quite backed up. The steam feature seems to do a really good job. The large capacity tub has accommodated everything I have put into it. I know that it is important not to over stuff the machine to get a good wash but compared to my last machine I can place many more items in there. This will help cut down on the laundry situation significantly. Another feature that really liked was the quick wash. I had a blanket I wanted to send with my husband for an out of town trip. It was not soiled but did need a washing. I was under a time crunch so I threw it in and had it washed and dried within an hour.
I liked that I did not have to purchase matching pedestals for these products. The washer and dryer is truly at the right height, especially for me as I have a window that I can now open that is behind the washer and dryer.
Another important factor that I really liked is that these products are made right here in USA. I believe in supporting our own country and what better way than buying domestically.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Broke not long after delivery

We purchased this in October of last year. It was nice for about two weeks. After that it got very noisy. We finally called to have it looked at. The repairman said the frame is bad, the drain pipe is not affixed right and it has a bad bearing. He's going to see if we can get a replacement. I sure hope if we do that this one works right.

I wish I would have never bought this is shakes and the unit is level.
It was professionally installed. This is a replacement the first one was just as bad.
