Good but I expected more.

I bought this washer about 3 months ago. It looked amazing and I thought with all the options it would make a big difference in the cleanliness and efficiency of wahing my clothes. Well it washes fair , for the most part my clothes are clean, but somtimes I run them through another cycle because not all the stains come out. It takes what I think is an excessive amount of time to do some loads that are extra dirty or white. My biggest complaint is that detergent runs or drips down the front side of the washer and it looks kinda bad and messy . I always follow the instructions on filling the cups so no I don't over fill. For the money I paid it is disappointing . If I had to do it all over again I would have bought the old style with the full agitator and regular options. I think my old 15 year old washer did a better job. I will say it is a pretty washer and it has noce little tones it plays when you are choosing you wah options. It is easy to load and unload , and it does a lot better job than the new washers with the short or small agitator in the middle. I bought one of them and it didn't clean at all, I took it back 2 days later. Over all its just and average washer, with a big price tag.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the quietest washer ever! You use very little detergent, but it still gets clothes clean. It is much deeper and taller than our last machine.

I have always been hesitant about front load washers because of horror stories I've heard over the years. We finally decided on this set and I am in awe! They're beautiful! I told my husband if he can't find me, I'll more than likely be sitting in front of the washer like one would a fish tank. Both sit tall enough so that my 6'3" husband doesn't have to kneel on the floor to get to the laundry (LOVE the risers). Both are efficient, QUIET and my laundry smells soooooo much cleaner! The drums are big enough for a King Size comforter and I no longer have to worry about the washer bounce across the floor during the spin cycle (LOL-We've ALL been there)! I love the additional features that my old SET didn't offer. I show them to everyone who comes over! I can't quit smiling! I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!

So much whiter!

Our washer started leaving soap residue on our clothes and was no longer removing stains. With just one wash we could see a dramatic difference in the cleanliness of our clothes!
