I bought this W/D set 4 months ago. Recently, during spin cycle, the washer made a loud sound like 1000 BBs were raining over the drum and the machine shook so violently that the leveling foot dug into my vinyl floor. I contacted the service department and the contracted service man came to my home the next day. Took one look at my machine and said "I don't know anything about his model. He fiddled with the rubber gasket inside the door with a wire, then removed the back panel and announced he would need to get some training before going any further. This was on Friday. We started a 'fill' cycle and water started pouring around the top of the riser flooding my laundry room floor. He indicated he would be too busy on Monday to look into it but hoped to call me back the following Tuesday. He mentioned I could be without my washer for awhile as once he found the problem he knew he would most likely not have parts available and would have to order. I have company arriving Wednesday for 4 days and will need my washer. At this point I have lost all excitement for this machine and would like a complete replacement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this washer in October 2014 and I love it right after the first load of washing. It gets clothes super clean and save water. It also runs very quiet and balance loads with load sensing. Capacity is very large and save my time in Laundry. It is really a good product.
