Not like they used to be!

We have had this machine repaired twice now for different things, I generally do not get the extended warranty but I will this time.

Our dislikes are that is is very noisy and that the fabric softner dispenser does not dispense when it should in the wash cycle

Great Washer, but with funny sounds.

This is a great washer with lots of features.
But for some reason as the washer goes into the spin cycle, it has an "off balance" sound that occurs for about 2-3 seconds and during that time, this sound is rather annoying.
If you can live with that sound, than this is a product worth buying.

Great results

I have two complaints -- one is that I cannot set the rinse cycle to cold water, and the second is that unless you are in the laundry room when the end of cycle buzzer goes off, you cannot hear it (even on the high setting). I carry a timer around the house.

The built in pedestal is just the right height for me. The washer works great till it gets to the spin cycle. It sounds like it is going to come apart.

Low water consumption

This is a heavy load washer and it used less water. After more than 10 x of washing the same light and white color clothes, it turn yellowish and grayish.

About 25% of the time, the washer appears to finish a load of clothes but, without any indication such as an alarm or light, it has in reality turned off, the clothes are soaked, not washed, etc
