I thought all the features would never be used. Not so, having the flexibility to have just what you need when you need it is awesome. I have washed from 2 to stuffed, fine garments to comforters, all came out as expected. I particularly like the quick wash cycle. Very nice for when you want that one item you forgot to wash. Also it looks very attractive. I went with GE since the washer I am replacing was a GE frontload that last 10 years.

I purchased this washer new. It had to be swapped out for another one because it would not spin water out of clothes and did not take my fabric softener. What a pain. Had to wait two weeks for another one because it was special order. It's not like they had to make it when I ordered it. It should have been shipped out immediately. Whatever. Still not completely happy. I noticed in the detergent and fabric softener compartments there is water in them. I don't know if this is normal. Almost thinking about swapping both washer and dryer for another brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
