[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] controls are hard to reach( TOP OF WASHER) but I guess because of that more room in wash tub and dryer..dryer door is hard to open or close .. I found that if I use two hands it is easier to open.it feels like the washer wobbles when empty..not sure of enginering decision

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased ours in February 2023. At first it seemed to have a few “glitches”. It would start, sense, fill, and then just sit there. Had to restart multiple times. Now seems to be running ok.
I would recommend this to a friend!

great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a very nice product. The only thing that would make it better would be to have the dryer more stabilized, as have the back of it attached to the wall. When you open the dryer you have to hold the unit so it doesn't lean forward.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Strange Noises and lack of load choice

Good for my space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this washer/dryer combo for about a month. So far, it seems to do the job. Our previous washers were front loaders that did a great job getting the clothes clean but all of the newer models had bells and whistles that we didn't think added value. We've run pretty big loads with gardening clothes and they've come clean. The dryer works well and dries the clothing quickly. My only complaint is that the washer's a little hard to unload because of the lack of overhead clearance.
