It’s the Cadillac of compact sets!

My sister has this set, she’s had it for 10 years and she’s never had one single problem. She just loves it, it’s quiet and no problems.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great functionality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is great for apartment living and a single person. It provides several cycles for anything from tiny loads to bulky jeans which make it very economical.

Stackable Whirlpool
on October 25, 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this for less than a month and had to have it repaired. Under warranty, but I think it should have had a better track record than one month. I still haven't figured out how to make the fabric softener option work better than it does, it doesn't wash it out very well

Great, quiet, space saving

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the washer/dryer for about a month and am happy so far. It is way quieter than my last stackable and the clothes are getting clean and drying well! Only 2 things I would change: I don't like the load sensing feature. (It seems to be working fine, just personally think it's weird.) I wish the dryer had a buzzer.

Auto detect dryer settings don’t work
on January 8, 2019

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The settings that detect the dryness (such as Very Dry) don’t keep drying until the clothes are even remotely dry. There is no buzzer at all (which I like but there should be the option). The wash settings for auto-detect fill level don’t put enough water in to properly clean the clothes. Maybe I was given a returned or defective machine (I bought this new).

Totally uncontrollable machine

The water level is not as the manual says. I first tried normal cycle. The water level is minimum and many clothes were not soaked. I tried bulky, as manual advised, but the water level is still minimum. I tried casual and colors cycles, but water level is still minimum. So I had to minimize the load. But suddenly water level became full after several washes. This time, even very small load, the water level comes the top. I tried normal, casual, and dedicates this time, in either case, water level in perfectly full. Now, spin does not work. Water drips after a cycles done. The water level is the same when I use a different cycles.
Consequently, I must run dryers several times, for over four hours, to dry one usual load. I found in very dry of normal dry cycle, the dryer works only 40 minutes. I am afraid the moisture sensor does not work well.

The worst possible dryer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It takes 2-3 hours to dry a regular load of laundry. Whripool came to check and said nothing is wrong with the machine. Maybe I should’ve asked them to sit and wait while a load dried.
