Help... doesn't work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When it was installed they didn't check the washer, turned it on to use it first time and it leaked, hose cross threaded, I fixed that, put clothes in washer started to fill then stopped. Machine won't run called service repair and can't come until a week from Tuesday, over 3 weeks since it was installed. I want to know who I can report this to because the information with the machine says they will run it. I certainly expect an answer... I'm not very happy to say the least. Please advise so I don't have to get some legal advice.

Dryer timer does not work

Perfect space saver!

Love the large washer and even larger dryer. Only wish controls were lower- maybe between the two units like some manufacturers.

Water saving feature is convenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this in late September 2025. It replaces a similar model Whirlpool stacked laundry center that was purchased in1994. I loved that unit and had only 1 service call in 30+years! I felt after 30+years I should update. I am so disappointed in this new unit. It takes forever to dry even a small load of clothes. It took two full drying cycles on "very dry" delicate to dry a few delicate items. It took one full "very dry normal" cycle PLUS 60 minutes on the timed drying cycle to dry 1 bath towel, 2 hand towels, 2 wash cloths and a dish towel. I hope there is something wrong with the dryer, if this is normal, I want my 30+ year old laundry center back !!!!

Very Happily Satisfied

Having lived in apartments throughout out adult years, my husband and I quipped that having a washer and dryer was tantamount to a life of luxury.This year our apartment complex was able to install a utility hookup and two weeks ago our Whirlpool Combination System was installed. Who knew doing laundry could be so much fun!!There is one minor observation which is, when the washer cycle is finished the cloths feel slightly more damp than with a traditional washer. However the dryer more than compensates for whatever moisture is present in the clothing.I am completely satisfied...and a little slap-happy to be able to conveniently clean our clothing at home.
