DEFECTIVE UNIT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After removing shipping box., unit has dents and black paint on left side of unit. The dryer door switch top is broken so dryer won't work. The washer basket has rust stains. The dents, black paint, broken dryer switch and rust stains were issues with the unit when it came out of the box. I informed Whirlpool of these issues and asked for a return. They said NO. I want to return this defective unit as soon as possible. To say I'm displeased with my purchase from WHIRLPOOL would be a gross understatement.

The worst washer/dryer I have ever bought

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer/dryer about a month ago and although it was brand new the control, harness, motor , cap and shifter came defective! The washer did not work a single time. I would not recommend this washer/dryer unless you like spending 1000+$ on an appliance that won’t work.

Bad Performance.

We use these washers for our high rise, they all suck! dont buy! washer tub makes loud noises. we bought over 15 washers and half of them came defective.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bad experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a brand new house and the stacked laundry center was included in my purchase. That was over a month ago and the washing machine still doesn't work. It took a month to get the service company out to even inspect it and I was told the part is on backorder so I'm probably looking at another month with no washing machine. Whirlpool had the opportunity to replace it since it was brand new, but they refused saying they needed someone to look at it. Very unimpressed with this product and their position on making good on selling a defective machine.
