Nice Razor!

This razor is extremely convenient and I enjoyed using it. I currently use a galette fusion razor, which I am thoroughly pleased with, but this was a nice addition to my shaving routine. I think that this product is well worth the price and is very good quality, however, I just wish that it made a little bit of a closer shave. I still felt like I had a lot of stubble after using this.

Awesome comfortable shave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A closer, faster, more comfortable shave? For Sure. This shaver works for me. After using it, I will not use an old-fashioned razor. I get a better, easier, quicker shave from this Braun Series than my very old smaller single-headed shaver. This is something that I will take when I go traveling or camping. All in all, it's very good.

An incredible upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very wary when I accepted this campaign because I purchased the last version of this exact same shaver last year and had terrible results. It took 15 minutes to get a halfway decent shave that I then had to clean up with a regular razor. This version does everything right that the old version did wrong! I was floored when I used the shaver and with minimal pressure had a completely clean shave in under 5 minutes and didn't need to pull out my other razor! I've really got to hand it to Braun for doing everything right with this version and I would urge people who've written previous versions of this shaver off to try this new version.
I did knock one star off because the first use left a greasy black residue on my face in places but it washed right off and hasn't been an issue since.

Great Shaver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Braun Series 3 for three weeks and it is a great shaver. It provides a nice close shave when the hair is not too long. I use it twice a week and it provides the perfect shave. I really like how you can use shaving cream with it. I started out using it with no shaving cream and there was some tugging, which I did not like. I decided to use shaving cream and the shave was more comfortable with no tugging. I get a closer shave with shaving cream and the razor glides over the skin, so there is no irritation. This razor is water proof, so it can be used in the shower if one desired. I have not used it in the shower, but I like that it is option. The razor seems to be very well made, with a nice weight to it. The battery is great, I get two shaves on every charge. I really like how it has an LCD display, so I no longer have to worry about the battery dying mid shave. This has become my go to shaver and I recommend it to anyone looking for a new shaver.

great product with some minor issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i love this product but just cant get rid of the stubble. Wish would have come with blade oil and carrying case. Considering i use this while the beard is gone its ok. I still like my 5 blade razor. Braun you are on the right track. Just have to find a way to get rid of the hair it wont take off. Well built and feels good in my hands. I like the quick charge. I love the convenience of using shaving cream or not. Also that you can get it wet. Overall if you dont have much facial hair i recommend this product but if have a beard then i suggest using the trimmer on here and then using your razor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thankfully didn't pay for this product; received the product for free from Braun. I was really looking forward to this product but it let me down. I had never used a Braun shaver and don't think I will after this. The shave was just not comfortable. I previously and currently own a Philips Norelco shaver and those both low-end and high-end have had a much more comfortable shave than this. The charge time is great however I'd rather have a slower charge and more comfortable shave.

Great shave after a few passes, good for those on the go

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am your typical "hate to shave", "let your facial go for a few days" kinda guy and I got this product free from Braun to try. The packaging it came in was pretty appealing, but there was not much more in the box than the electric shaver and a small brush to clean it. The first thing I noticed was how great it looked and how nice the grip was on this thing, it's a really well made shaver, has a little weight to it, and fits well in my hand. You can definitely tell that is designed to work in a wet or a dry setting. I let the shaver fully charge, and I quickly noticed that it cannot run while it is plugged into the wall; you must first unplug it for it to turn on.
Once on, it's got a typical electric loud buzz, but not overly loud. I quickly started using it to remove my few days old stubble and scruff, with my face being dry. The first pass of the foil over the hair, it got a lot of it, but it definitely required a few more times at different angles to get all of it down to "the nil." I have pretty soft skin, and it felt pretty smooth after a few passes with this thing. I wouldn't say that this was as a good of a shave as a razor blade, but it did a pretty good job. I plan on trying to using it with shaving cream and a more wet face to see if that gets the shave even closer.
I used the detail trimmer on the side of the shaver to trim up my side burns and it seemed to do the trick just fine. It works like you'd hope it would.
It's also very easy to clean, you can run it under water and it will clean up pretty well.
This thing seems perfect for someone like me who wants a quick shave to clean up their facial hair, or for someone on the go. Braun has done a great job with a sleek design foil shaver, that serves a multi-purpose. I'll be using it every few days.

I am in the military so I have to shave daily and this thing comes in handy if I am running late to work or when I am in the field. It surprisingly has an extremely close shave. Braun did an amazing job with this product and I recommend it to everyone!
