Does not clean!

This dishwasher came in our new house and it does NOT clean. We use the recommended detergent and drying agent and glasses come out with what looks like Small food particles all over them. We rinse our plates before loading, we can’t figire it out! I’ve since tried putting the pod directly on the bottom of the washer and also using liquid instead. We end up handwashing many things after putting it through 2 wash cycles! It’s like it doesn’t do anything.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi MSnow, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We do suggest to make sure the water temperature to the appliance is set between 120*-140*F. This is the minimum temperature range that the water supply must reach in order for the detergent to dissolve completely. Also, make sure the filter trap at the bottom of the unit is free of debris. You may also want to clean the unit by running a hot water/dry cycle with no dishes inside and throw in 2 cups of white vinegar in the unit. This cleans the sprayer arms and the unit and also deodorizes the unit.
If you are still seeing film and food particles on the dishes after checking your water supply, and cleaning the unit, please try changing detergents to a gel or liquid detergent. Powder tends to build up and corrode parts of the unit. If none of this proves to be successful we would suggest contacting an authorized service provider to schedule a physical assessment and diagnosis of the appliance.
I do appreciate your time and valued business. Please provide an update so we can proceed with proper documentation on your account. We hope to restore your appliance to proper working condition very soon and restore confidence in our brand and services once again.

Unable to Use

Installed this a month ago and have not been able to wash the first dish. Repair technician has been to the house twice and now we are waiting for his return again. Please come and get this machine.

Not what I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a still working dishwasher with this model. What a disappointment. The cleaning and drying have both left me wishing for my old dishwasher. The only real advantage is how quiet it runs.

Thank you for sharing your review. You may want to double check the way you are loading your dishes; avoid nesting items. Water can accumulate when the items are too close together. Cups, glasses, and bowls with a concave (recessed) bottom will collect water. Plastic items may need to be towel dried. This is because plastic does not retain heat, resulting in poor water evaporation from the item. This is common in all dishwashers. When the upper rack is pulled out first residual water left in the spray arm can drip down on the dishes. Pull out the lower rack first. I also recommend the use of a rinse aid if you are not already using one and check that your water heater is set at 120°F (49°C) to get proper water temperature inside the dishwasher. Lastly, run the hot water at the sink closest to your dishwasher prior to running your wash load. Doesn't dry well

It doesn't dry well. It didn't fit in under our standard counter. fault of machine several professional people said. Top tray is wobbly, Bottom doesn't always pull out easily. Sharp contrast to other dishwashers we have owned or do own.

Absolutely perfect!

The last two dishwashers in our homes have been extremely loud and ineffective in adequately cleaning our dishes.
This was a very easy install and everything worked flawlessly from the start. It is extremely quite and honestly cannot tell sometimes that it's actually running. The front perfectly matches our other stainless appliances. Has shown to be very well built and easy to use. Perfectly happy with this purchase!

Smudge proof and quiet

I bought about two months ago..very quiet, cleans well, smudge proof exterior is great, blue light shines on floor when done. The controls are problematic...when you clean..and accidently turn on..hard to cancel..and when you want to turn on ..nothing lights up and you have to close door and see if it starts up..
The documentation says to push "cancel" but does not seem to work so I end up leaving the door open.
