I find this dishwasher's inside racks to be very cheap and not sturdy. It is flimsy. I really loved my old dishwasher. It was half the price but very sturdy. It's hard to place dishes in the racks because I feel like the dishes are going to bend and break the racks. I don't understand why if this is a stainless steel construction tub are the inside racks so cheaply and poorly made.

Good but not Great

Our new dishwasher has been good...but not great. We are a family of two with a dog and no kids; therefore, less frequent and less messy dish loaders. I've only used the normal wash cycle, so i can't attest to the other cycles (who ever uses those cycles anyway?). Overall, it does its job... our dishes come out nice and clean (especially with the high temp option). Personally, I don't love the layout because I don't feel like I am able to maximize the space. If you have the perfect balance of dishes, glasses, etc., then everything would fit just like they show in the photos. But if you are heavy on glasses, for example, the bottom rack is an awkward fit. If you have odd shaped items, the racks don't allow for much improvisation. Other than that, I'm totally happy! I think the price range was in line with what I expected in terms of quality. One tip, which applies to all dishwasher owners...use rinse aid!
I would recommend this to a friend!

MAJOR Problems after just 2 years...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved the features advertised, and it works well when it works. However, now 2 short years after purchasing this, the finish on some of the plastic on the bottom rack is coming off and rusting, we're having to replace the control panel and turbidity sensor, as well as having already replaced seals. My husband discovered there's a ton of corrosion on the turbidity sensor and just now came up and said that the dishwasher has been leaking into the basement!! Not sure how long that's been happening, as the spot that it's leaking into isn't one we check often at all. For the original price, having to replace all these parts less than 2 years in --- not happy at all. And, to top it off, we have a problem with the flooring (pulling up) and subflooring and water leaking into the basement that we were unaware of.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this dishwasher for all of its features, but specifically the heated dry. Within to use as I noticed that the heated dry was not working. We had to have two service men come out and look and change the computer board as it was not connecting to the dishwasher. It is working well now but I am a little disappointed that I had to have maintenance work done on a very expensive brand new machine within the first month of getting it.

Always wet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two of these dishwashers the first to go with my refrigerator and stove as a set and the second for an in law both are in the same house. Both my mother and I are disappointed in the dry cycle,when the washer is done all the dishes are all wet and stay wet until you dry them off ,never have I had a dish washer that I have to dry my dishes when it is all over. Very disappointing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dishwasher 5 months ago and it does not dry my dishes. My wife and I have read the washing instructions several times and tried different settings trying to get the machine to dry as it should. Repair men have been at my home three times and each of them had to order parts. It takes about two to three weeks between repair appointments and each of the repair men have stated that they have never seen dishwasher components like this one. I have not had a satisfactory dishwasher since its purchase. I am now waiting for yet another set of parts and an appointment for repair over two weeks away.

I Expected Better

We have owed this dishwasher for a year.
The Soap dispenser does not dispense soap. Most of the soap stays in the dispenser through the wash cycle and then creates a soap glob that has to be chiseled out for the next load of the same dishes. We have tried multiple soaps and had the repair man out, but nothing fixes it.
The collapsible rack in the lower back, will collapse during the wash cycles, ensuring none of the dishes get even remotely rinsed off. It does help give your plates the vintage chipped all over look. I have fixed ours using some zip-ties.
On a positive note, it is very quite, the green light for done is also cool.
Overall however my wife is pretty fed up with it and we are looking to replace it.
