Worst dishwasher ever

We purchased our home in 2017 and the appliances were brand new. From the start this dishwasher has left food residue on all of our dishes. I have deep cleaned it out several times, with the latest a total tear down. We scrape the bulk of the food off prior to washing like is recommended and run the powerplus cycle for 3.5 hours and the dishes still come out dirty.
