[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this several months ago but did not put to use as kitchen remodel was last among projects and also took longer than expected. Nonetheless, has been heaven after put into use about 6 weeks ago as it is SO quiet and offers great options. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the cancel button doesn’t appear to work, but have worked around that. And not used long enough to see what the energy use impact is. However, very happy to have it as the function and fashion outweigh the flaws.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worst DW I've ever owned.

Dishes come out dirtier than when they went in. Seriously. It just doesn't work. I've had the repair guy out here twice. There's nothing wrong with it, he says. Says it's just so energy efficient that the motor is not powerful enough to move or heat water. I can't give this thing away. Buy any DW EXCEPT THIS ONE!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I feel awful to hear you are not getting the best cleaning/drying performance from your unit.
Did you know? Your household water temperature and pressure play a key role in your appliance’s performance. I recommend checking your water temperature and pressure; the recommended temperature should be 120°F and the water pressure should be 20 to 120 pounds per square (psi).
If the troubleshooting steps prove to be ineffective. I strongly encourage you to have a professional technician make a diagnosis.

Very quiet and efficient

Worst dishwasher ever

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Top rack does't clean well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Half of washes have gunk sprayed inside glasses and cups on top shelf. Lower rack is normally really clean. Just seams that the machine doesn't spray clean water to remove the gunk that it sprayed during the wash cycle.

Hello, MAGAvoter! Thank you for your feedback! We sincerely apologize for your experience with your appliance. For optimum performance, using a rinse aid has proven to be helpful. Also try using the High option on the model. During the high option, the dishwasher heats water in the main wash to approximately 140F (60C) and increases the temperature higher in the final rinse. This helps the dishwasher detergent remove food grease and soil from dishes more effectively and aids in drying performance by adding additional rinse aid and increasing the water temperature. Worse dishwasher ever

None of my dishes every come clean with this dishwasher. Even the first day we bought it. It sits unused unless I'm desperate, but I know I'll end up hand washing them anyways. Don't buy it. The filter is horrible nothing passes through it, so the dishes are covered in little particles and that's if it even cleans them. I mean I can out a sticky plate in and it comes back out the same way.

We do suggest the continued use of a rinse aid. Also, please confirm that your water heater is set at 120°F (49°C) to assure proper water temperature inside the dishwasher. Lastly, run the faucet closest to the dishwasher prior to starting the dishwasher to purge cold water from the hot water line.
