The Frigidaire Pro dishwasher has been a disappointment from the beginning. The worst problem is it is unreliable - breaks regularly and repairs are time consuming.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't review one as I have purchased all the appliances in this series. I have the diswaher the stove a s refridgerator. And I honestly LOVE them all. I recently remodeled my kitchen and as a do it yourselfer I was looking for style, design, functionality and PRICE! I achieved all with this series. I absolutely love the design. I get compliment all the time and friends asking me where I got my appliances. Truly a winner in all respects.

Quiet But Cheap & Doesn't Clean Well

The baskets and racks inside all feel very cheap. Even though we thoroughly rinse all of our dishes before putting them in, the glasses and bowls still come out covered with gunk. Have to hand wash everything. It is basically an overpriced dish drying rack. Plus, I have to fight with it to select the cycle that I want. It is not responsive to the touch. The old dishwasher in the hotel we lived in while waiting for our home to be built worked better than this one!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Okay, but not great. Doesn't dry well

What I don't like:
-Tines on bottom rack too close together. I can't put my 1/2 gallon mason jars or other large items in easily.
-Doesn't dry dishes, even on the sterilize cycle with heat dry
-frequently cuts off in middle of cycle and I have to start it over

Overall, it's better than the dishwasher I replaced, but it has some serious issues. I'm contacting Frigidaire to see if some of them can be corrected.

Dirty dishes.....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the entire Fridgedaire Professional Series of appliances. No problems with any of the other ones. The dishwasher has had maybe 5 loads of dishes through it and they always come out dirty. It is the most expensive dishwasher we could have purchased.

Not happy dishwasher, I apologize for any frustration and disappointment you may be experiencing. The majority of cleaning and drying challenges are related to water temperature. The incoming water temperature should be at least 120°F at the water heater for efficient cleaning and drying. Before starting a cycle, please run the water in the sink until it is hot, to clear cool water from the pipes (like you might do before getting in the shower). Make sure you are using rinse aid. Debris from dishware can get trapped in the filter, glass trap, and spray arms causing blockages that can influence cleaning efficiency. See page 16 in your Owner’s Manual for care and cleaning information.
