doesn't clean. I wish I would of read the reviews posted on home improvement store websites. They are all different from what is projected on this site.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I recommend checking and/or trying the following: 1-Is the incoming water temperature at least 120F? 2-Has a longer wash cycle been used? 3-Are the dishes being loaded properly? 4- Is the proper amount of detergent being used? Washes well but some concerns to consider..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the racks in terms of space and loading. Large volume of can plates can be stacked up, though I did find after several months of use the collapse option for the heave row of plates tends to give out when moving the lower rack out. Very inconvenient to re-stack the plates though I have found some tricks to prevent this from happening (shoving a cup in the gap). The controls are not very responsive, but do work w/ a bit of a delay. Still can't figure out how to get the delayed feature to work even after recently re-reading instructions.
