smelly and does not dry....water doesn't drain

I bought this appliance about 2 years ago...so disappointed.....my dishes smell and they are always wet.....there is always water left under the drain screen.. and little pieces of food left on the inside of the door....I wish I never bought this appliance ....I have the stove and the refrigerator that I love but this dishwasher is a defect......I know have to wash my dishes prior to using the dishwasher what a waste of money, on this model......
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I apologize for your experience with your dishwasher. Some tips that can possibly resolve the matters you are having, is to make sure the filter is clean, free of debris and that there are no soiled dishes left in the dishwasher. Leaving soiled dishes in the dishwasher too long can create an odor and the odor can be cleared up by using the rinse cycle.
Also, ensuring that the incoming water is the correct temperature of 120 degrees Fahrenheit and using rinse aid, can possibly assist with your dishes drying properly.

broke down @ 18 months...Booooooo!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had this dishwasher for 18 months, I loved it.. It worked great and super quite. No problems until now. Warranty is up @ 12 months and now the latch is faulty and I have to pay for a service charge for someone to come out and look at it, then buy parts and pay for labor. This was the most expensive dishwasher at the shop and its already breaking down. Very unhappy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought a different brand of dishwasher (everyone was telling me how good they were) I used it for about a month and really didn't like it. I returned it and bought another Frigidaire. I love the way it works. the rack space it so much nicer. I will be a brand loyal customer from now on.

Beautiful and very quiet

Bought 2 months ago along with the matching range and microwave. Love how much goes into the dishwasher and the large utensils basket which somehow doesn't take up too much room. It shows a blue light on the floor to indicate when the cycle is over, which you really need because it is SO quiet. Very pleased.

Has some getting used to.....

We purchased this dishwasher with only having experience with a "builder-grade" product for years. We decided to invest in the Professional model in hopes that the process would be simpler and the end result would be cleaner and more sanitary. In this model you need to load the dishes in a specific way to make certain of proper water distribution and cleanliness - that has been the greatest hurdle for us. Next was understanding the programming of the wash cycles in which we just referred to the manual. This machine IS quiet which we find to be a huge plus as well as the no-smudge surface.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor electronics

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher over a year ago and the electronic in this model work and then will not work. we have tried a number of their solutions but none of them work. It looks great and work great washing dishes,but it is impossible to get the electronic to work at a given time. Stay away unless you have a magic touch with electronics.

Badly manufactured dish washer

The screws holding the door panel are stripped and don't stay in place. I've been trying for 3 months to get it fixed. I'm getting the run around from 3 separate companies...everyone wants to help but no one knows how. I paid a lot of money for it and I just want it replaced with a machine that I can rely on and not worry about for the next 15 years.
