Broke after one use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the dishwasher just before Easter, 2017. After one use, the pump went out! The dishwasher was no longer made. Could not wait for parts (my wife was cooking for 20), so we returned it and bought a different brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn't clean doesn't dry but is quiet

I've had this dishwasher for over a year. It is definitely the quietest dishwasher we have ever owned. However, it does not clean well even when run a second time. I realize it is too much to expect the dishwasher to scrub a dish clean, but we always rinse off our dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. My minimum expectation is that the dishwasher will at least degrease the dishes, but even this does not happen with regularity. Additionally the unit does not dry the dishes even if we use the extra rinse product, which frankly should be unnecessary. The end result is that the dishes are damp and filmy when you go to put them away. So, in summary, I am very disappointed with the dishwasher and I am currently considering replacing it even though it is only a year old.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Yikes! Camas, I am dismayed to hear of your dishwasher experience. Some cleaning and drying challenges can be related to water temperature. Please ensure your water heater is set at 120°F for the best cleaning and drying results. Please run the water in the sink before starting a cycle (like you let the water in the shower run before you get in). Always use rinse aid (it helps the water to sheet off), you can also try increase the amount that is dispensed, if you are already using the aid. Page 15 in your Owner’s Manual has more information on rinse aid, and instructions on how to increase the amount dispensed. Home water pressure should be between 20 to 120 pounds psi for proper dishwasher operation (well systems and reverse osmosis systems may negatively impact water pressure). You will find more trouble shooting information on page 18 in your Owner’s Manual.
