very quiet and efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got it last year, and so far it has been working great. It is very quiet to the point that we almost don't notice it's even working. The blue light shining down to the floor when finished is a handy and cool feature.

Wonderful washing job-Horrible drying job!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is amazing to wash all items. Love the silver tray and the different bells and whistles that go with it. I love that aspect. Great feature such as favorites and others. Great technology! I Hate HATE it that this dishwasher does not dry the item in it. No matter what level it is at. The inside walls ate wet and all items inside have drips on them. Look at a different type or read all reviews before buying!

Cleans but does not dry

I have had this dishwasher now for 2 1/2 months and have tried different settings to get it to dry my dishes. Nothing much works. When I open the door to empty the DW the door is wet, the inside walls are wet, the plastic utensil holder is wet, the spray arm is wet. The only thing good about this buy is that it does a good job cleaning everything.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Oh no! Kathyson, well that just won’t do! Let me see if these steps may help. First, always use rinse aid. If you are using rinse aid, try increasing the amount of rinse aid that is dispensed (page 15 in your Owner’s Manual shows how to adjust it). Second, make sure to run the water in the sink until it is hot (like you may do before entering the shower), before starting a cycle. The incoming water should be at least 120°F. Leaves Residue More Often Than I'd Hoped

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very quiet. The cool blue 'finished' light is great. Love the reassurance of the high temperature sanitize cycle. Leaves residue (esp on cutlery and glasses) more often than I would like/expect from a high end appliance. Yes, I know that phosphate free detergents are largely to blame. Maybe if I were to add vinegar to the wash?
