Washes well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty standard, gets dishes clean, but if there is something stuck like gravy you will have to prewash or rinse. It does fit more than my old dishwasher which I like. Quiet and has a light that indicates it's done. Overall a good dishwasher.

Love the look

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this 4 months ago and I really love the look, design and way I can adjust the internal shelves. Unfortunatley the silverware remains wet on every cycle which is frustrating. It doesn't seem to dry the dishes well at all which ads an additional step each time a do a load. This is why I gave it 3 not 4 stars.

Hi HJD1, thank you for sharing your review with us. I would recommend checking to ensure the water coming in is at least 120 degrees, do you have heat dry cycle selected, and are you using rinse aid? I realize that as a consumer you feel that these are not reasons for your dishwasher to underperform. Over the last few years, Energy Star has issued stricter standards for water and energy usage which can increase the need for Rinse Aid to dry dishes. Hope this information is useful! Thank you, Jennifer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new dishwasher. It is so quiet and has a great modern clean look. Not to mention that handle is beautiful all by its self. The only negative thing I can say about it is my baking sheets don't fit and well as I would like.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In doing a total remodel of my kitchen, I chose the Frigidaire Professional Series for all my appliances.....but was unsure how the dishwasher would perform. My concerns were not warranted.....I could not be more happy with my choice - the dishwasher is beautiful, but even better, the dishes and glasses are spotless!

Mediocre results

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this dishwasher in service for 5 months now. It was purchased as the only option available to complete the Professional suite. I previously had a Frigidaire Gallery dishwasher which was much better in performance, despite drastically lower cost. This new model has poorly designed racks that do not accommodate as much as other dishwashers. There is no visible heat coil in the base to dry dishes. They will dry with use of rinse aid, however I have to open the door after the cycle completes and wait a few hors to remove contents. If I do not do this, the condensation inside the tub will result in wet plates, glassware, and silverware. Pots and pans never come out dry and my dishwasher is left fully open as a drying rack. Very inconvenient and eliminates benefits of older models.
