Looks great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months ago for a full kitchen remodel. It looks great and runs quietly. It loses a star for the controls. They are a bit confusing, and not at all intuitive.

I certainly understand your frustration with your recent dishwasher experience, loee. Our records indicate your service appointment is in process, and they are working diligently to bring your dishwasher back to fully functional status. In the meantime, I would like to provide you with my “Best Practices” for a cleaning challenge. The “sweet” spot for water temperature is between 120-125 degrees (at the water heater) for the best cleaning and drying potential. Make sure you run the water in the sink until it is hot (like you would do before getting in the shower). Don’t forget the rinse aid (it really makes a difference)! Using the high temp wash or sanitize can also improve cleaning and drying performance. Finally, is the heater (inside on the bottom of the dishwasher) covered by a heavy mineral or calcium scale (looks like white spots on the heater)? If it is, start a cycle with no dishes in it. Once it has finished the initial fill, add 1 cup of white vinegar to the bottom and let it finish the cycle. This scale would indicate you may have hard water, page 12 in your Owner’s Manual addresses hard water situations. I hope I helped! Your friendly Frigidaire lady, Ruth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a couple months ago and love it. So quiet! Love the fact the upper rack goes up and down, but find that the upper rack doesn't stay level when pulled out. Otherwise we couldn't be happier!

Unbelievably Quiet!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I looked everywhere for a dishwasher that would be quiet, sleek looking, and easy to use. This one is it!!! Our kitchen and family room are in the same proximity as a great room so I wanted a dishwasher that wouldn't create a lot of noise, I can't hear it when it's running, the design is gorgeous, sleek and the top panel push controls make it very easy to use. Thank you Frigidaire for your ingenuity and creative design.

Fabulous dishwasher ! Horrendous service !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really happy with the dishwasher and it would be fantastic if the whole experience wasn't severally tarnished by the horrendous instillation from Top Digital in New York. One horror of unprofessional behavior after another, which resulted in the need for service within just a few months which of course meant more mayhem. What's more despite insisting to Frigidaire that they not send Top Digital, they kept coming. Lousy lousy service for an otherwise good company.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

True plastic dishes do not have sufficient thermal properties to dry effectively, have you tried adjusting the amount of rinse aid?
