I can't get it to clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had it about two months and even after talking to rep I can't get it to clean even close to the 15 year DW, I had before.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Also make sure that the filter is not warped as well. Gorgeous Appliances with Stellar Performance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded our kitchen appliances to the Frigidaire Professional Series about a month ago & we absolutely LOVE them! The simple, easy to use features of the dishwasher are great! Adjustable drawers are amazing Until having the feature, I never knew how great of an option it is to throw in taller glasses on the top- or larger pots & pan on the bottom!

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the dishwasher for a month it is very quiet can't really tell that is on. Also very spacious both top and bottom. I can put big bowls at the top or really tall cups and bottles. The bottom you can stack plates side by side, easily 30 plates. It is also smudge free,multiple cycle options Love it

Frigidire Dishwasher Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dishwasher in the summer of 2016. It works okay, but you have to use the gel pods and Finish Jet Dry or it won't clean your dishes very well or dry them well. If you the pods and Jet Dry it does a good job.

lmp2375, welcome to the Frigidaire family! I have some other ideas to help with cleaning and drying! The “sweet” spot for water temperature is between 120-125 degrees (at the water heater) for the best cleaning and drying potential. Ensure you run the water in the sink until it is hot (like you do before getting in the shower). Don’t forget the rinse aid (it really makes a difference)! Using the high temp wash or sanitize can also improve cleaning and drying performance. I hope this helped! Your friendly Frigidaire lady, Ruth

OK, but too pricey for quality of materials used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit seems to actually clean dishes, as opposed to our old unit that merely sloshed water around in the enclosure. Air dry feature works very well. My disappointment stems from the apparent lack of quality of the rack materials. Bottom rack seems very flimsy and is easily misaligned with the "track" it rolls on. Top rack seems top-heavy when it is extended out of the unit. Not a fan of the touch-panel controls. Too easy to touch the "Start" button and seems difficult to cancel a cycle. Has an audible signal for when the unit is started or canceled, but the signal is not loud enough for the average human to hear clearly. We'll see how long it lasts.
