Does not Dry Dishes

Just plain and simple, does not dry dishes - use very hot water, and it has rinse aid. (my water is softened as well). But the dishes still come out wet. Disappointing to say the least.
Next, it has a great light to tell you when a wash cycle is completed. But it does not say on until the door is opened. We may go more than 24 hours to empty - but the light does not stay on but a few hours. Why?
Not the best product choice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

flcharles, we hate to hear of your recent experience with drying and your dishwasher. Here are some items to check. The “sweet” spot for water temperature is between 120-125 degrees for the best cleaning and drying potential. Ensure you run the water in the sink until it is hot (like you do before getting in the shower), and don’t forget the rinse aid (you can adjust how much is dispensed, page 14 in your Owner’s Manual shows how) I am passing along to our engineers your recommendation for the indicator light to stay on longer. Loading racks poorly designed

The new house I recently bought has this dishwasher. As others have reviewed, it has serious design issues. My primary problem is the lower rack. The pins are so short that it's impossible to load plates or other items without them falling over. As a result you can not load many dishes because they will chip and fall over each other. As someone else asked, is there a replacement rack for this machine or am I going to need to replace the entire machine?
I would not recommend this machine with the current rack.

Very clean dishes!

This is our first dishwasher since being a homeowner for 15 years. We have been very happy with it so far. I like the smooth buttons, but the only downside is it is sometimes difficult to get the Start button to activate.
I would recommend this to a friend!
