Poor lower rack design

I bought this dishwasher 1 1/2 years ago but now the clips on the lower rack will not hold. Every time the lower rack is half loaded the clips give and the plates crash together and two of my plates have broken this past week. The design of the clips is poor because they face the same directions allowing the rack to collapse. I am currently waiting to find out what we can do about this issue and hoping it can be solved.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Favorite features

My favorite features are the smudge proof finish and the soft grip rubber things that keep my goblets from moving around. I like the large handle and clean look of no control panel. There is a blue light that shines on the floor when the cycle is done. It only stays on for a few hours so it is not on if you run the cycle at night. When you open the dishwasher the display will say "end" if the cycle is finished so you always know when the dishes are clean. Love that!
