The model I purchased has controls across the back and was delivered/installed without step by step directions on how to turn on the oven, set the timer, set the self-cleaning feature, and there is no phone number in the pamphlet provided for contact to obtain information on specifically how to use this appliance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Matched range with GE refrigerator , microwave and dishwasher. All stainless steel and compliment the new kitchen cabinets. Microwave and range were installed today.

This was a replacement for the original that the builder installed. This unit looks more pricey than it was. Solid, well built look. Loved that it is made in the USA. No complaints with performance. Smooth top is easy to clean. Very pleased so far.
