This is great if you are on a budget, bought it when it first came out. Great front and back camera. Great battery life get about a full day of heavy usage. Can wait to get windows 10 on it.

I have upgrade it to windows 10 and it damage my software.
I have made an app using phone gap, but there is no way to install it in lumia.
I have downloaded developer app but all in vain and I am still unable to install my app in lumia.
I like to play Relic run, but this game is not connected to my facebook same problem is with candycrush and any app used facbook. You should fix this bug.

All is well, but could not open my demat account website which upsets me

Could not open sbicap login page as it asks for updated adobe flash player update. What is the point of having a smart phone if you are not able to access even simple websites.
Forget about the app even IE is not openeing that site . It allows to login but then asks for adobe.

so many missing features and problems

batterylife is good
safety feature is excellant
loading internet is good
double tap to lock screen feature is very good
one drive storage is good
camera is good but need to improve interface

1.glance screeen has minimal functionality
2.system storage memory automatically increases without any reasons even when all the apps are in sd card
3.in phone dialer smart functions are not there
4. mail interface is poor
5.no youtube support
6. scrolling animations are not so great
7. background download for all apps are not there
8. video interface is not customizable
9. restore backups not working properly(i just gave 1 try only will try again and confirm)
10. i feel for safety im trading my freedom
11. font sizes not great
there are not so many features to be said good
so wakeup microsoft row according to the trend
this is just my first review will post after i explore all the features

Don't get me wrong its a pretty cool phone love how you can have all the apps and thing on your screen make the squares bigger or smaller that's great but APPS YOU HAVE LIKE NOTHING ONLY BANK APP IS WELLS FARGO...UHH WHAT ABOUT EVERYONE ELSE...I don't know about you but i play games...AGAIN NOTHING EVERYTHING IS PRETTY LAME about the apps, then phone said it came with gorilla glass and umm my phone screen is shattered (yea bummer didn't even fall hard or high up, my husbands phone has had worse falls and not even a scratch) if they added more apps, didn't say they had gorilla glass of it breaks pretty fast it would be a great phone really like it didn't think I would but it takes to much time to go on the internet to fine the page to login would be

beautiful camera

The phone is great. What isn't great is the lack of applications. The inability to see gifs. Some websites don't work at all so I still have to break out my old phone to browse. I've only had the phone for six months and I'll be buying something different soon.

Just Keeps Getting Worse

Started with a 1020, then got a 1520 which was TOTAL garbage. Figured I would give Windows phone one more shot, but the 640 XL has all sorts of issues. Camera does not work all the time. Texting works about 80% of the time. No real apps. etc....

This phone is great. Has a great camera and its large. Thats where its good and the rest is not so ok. If you want real apps like YouTube, snap chat, vkpop, or a real web browser then don't get this phone! You can't even get google maps or google drive on here. Trust me, I tried. Sure the phone itself is all nice but honestly I'm going to get a new phone and its NOT going to be windows.
