issues on Cortana

After upgrading to Windows 10 Cortana apps is missing from the apps. How do I get it back and activate. I've been using it for just 3day, it's ok for now but slow and battery runs down so fast.

Where are the buttons.

This is my second Lumina, and I like the OS a lot. Live tiles are great. Also like the size of this phone. I don't like not having a button to take a picture, in any kind of bright environment, I can't find the spot on the screen to take a picture or change a setting. Not as good as my old Lumina. Also, I like have windows and search button always available, like on my old Lumina.

Best mobile phone for the dollar!!!

This is the second best Mobile phone I've ever owned and used, and I think I've had more than most people. I confess to being a real Mobile phone junkie. I love them and I genuinely love this one. The only phone I rank above it is the ("my" - I have one) 1020. Dollar for dollar, you can't find anything out there that gives you more for your money that the 640XL. I have nothing of consequence to complain about. The only feature that I wish it had that it does not have, is the ability to activate Cortana with the "Hey, Cortana" feature. Almost all Android phones now have the "Ok, Google" feature, even my old Nexus 3 and 4. Otherwise, the 640XL does everything I need and want my Mobile phone to do.
