640 XL is an Awesome phone at a Great Price

I have owned windows phones for the past 5 years. Dumped my iPhone years ago. My last was the Lumia 920 and I decided to upgrade to the 640 XL. What I like: It's a good size and manageable in the hand, screen makes everything larger and easier on the eye, project my screen via Microsoft Miracast Display Adapter for streaming movies, videos, PowerPoint presentations, it takes good photos ( I do miss the camera button on the side#, I like the tiles and ability to personalize the main screen, the battery life is so much better than the 920 #get 2 days on battery saver#, having the ability to put a 128 gig SD Card is provides more than enough storage for music, videos, and apps #crazy cool#. Windows 10 is on the way and should bring a lot more apps. I wish the 640 XL had the dual SIMM card like the 640 XL LTE #that would be great for vacations overseas). My wife and daughter have the new iPhone 6s Plus and I will say, they paid way too much money for that phone. I guess phones are like picking colors and flowers, whatever makes you happy and to each their own. I like this phone.

Had planned on a 1520 but got almost as much for a lot less. Buy it, try it, and you'll LOVE it!

Some poor design parameters

My number 1 complaint is that if you hold the phone to your face while on a call you randomly trigger the function buttons, PARTICULARLY the MUTE, I have to remember to turn the screen off when I answer a call GRRRRRR; I can't tell you how many times I have cheek-muted someone, or suddenly put the pone on speaker...
