I love this shaver, but the retention spring for the attachments fell out thus disabling the shaver. There are no parts on the Norelco homepage, so now it becomes a "disposable" razor. Too bad, it was doing great!
Pros: fabulous cutting, great for close work
Cons: no parts available
I would recommend this to a friend!

The product has overcome all my needs, from removing nose hairs, trimming the facial hairs.

Excellent trimmer; but the beard trimmer has to adjusted before each use.

This trimmer has features that are an improvement over my 5 year old Norleco trimmer it replaced:
Long lasting charge & quick recharge.
Seems to cut easier & nbetter.
Nose & ear trimmer easier to use.
The one drawback I don't like is that the beard trimmer has to placed on the razor for use, & then removed. Therefore you cannot leave the setting the same, put only hope to place the setting at the same place each time you use it.

GREAT trimmers but fragile.

These are the best trimmers I've had except for the fact that my attachments and the connection for the headers broke really easily.
