wasn't what I expected

the smart tv experience wasnt such an experience !!
the picture isn't as bold and sharp as I expected .I went to other homes withway cheaper tvs and theirs was much sharper than my tv looking now to see if I need to spend more money to make it look and perform better.

Lots of head aches

First off, I love Samsung. The picture quality on this model is awesome but it has is issues. Sound quality is average at best. It has some preset features just like any other tv. I'm a movie buff. I enjoy Netflix a lot. The TV tends to kick me off netflix in the middle of a movie, several times per day, depending on how long I use it. I won't get kicked off netflix on my Samsung bluray player. So I'm sure it's a problem with the TV. Also the TV is very slow and it seems that with every update it gets even slower. Specially the browser. If your only watching TV or dvd's this tv is great. Then again, why bother buying a smart tv.

Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Got 4 Christmas, works great, nothing but good 2 say about it. Worth the $.

So-so Samsung

The TV is adequate. However, the SmartHub interface is awful and slow. Plus, it never lets me create a Samsung account, so I can't add "apps." Very flustrating.
Pros: it's better than nothing
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Do add the Amazon Video App for those of us who have Amazon Prime Accounts and want to access our Amazon video library.

I never had an HD TV before. I never new what I was missing. Everything is more vibrant and alive, especially nature shows and sports, both of which I regularly watch. When I compared it to my friends HD TV, mine had a much better picture (in my opinion and his).
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
