Picture quality is sharp and clear but sound is average and could be better
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, speakers are below average

Getting used to it

So far, love the tv. Great picture. It has just taken a little time to get used to the clarity. Almost looks 3D and is kind of freaky how clear everything is. We have 2 other Samsung lcds, a new laptop, a computer monitor, and I just got a Galaxy phone. So far very pleased with Samsung products. Oh yeah, we also have a front load washer and dryer!
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight

After taking back another brand due to it sounding like someone strapped a clock radio to the back of it I decided to buy this Samsung. What a difference, not only in sound quality but everything else. Picture is great, sound is great, smart tv function is awesome, couldnt ask for more for what this set cost me. My first Samsung product and I am certainly going to buy again in the future. THANKS!!

Best TV I've Ever Owned!

Outstanding audio and video experience when connected to my home theater receiver. Easy to setup with 4 HDMI ports available. I also have the BD-D6500 Blu-Ray Player which provides a wireless interface to my home router for internet connectivity.

After many years of loyalty to Sony I finally gave up on th eir products. A two year old 46" tv screen that couldn't be repaired without costing more than I paid for the set.
So far I have been very pleased with my Samsung replacement tv.

Beautiful Picture!

Can you fall in love with a television? We think yes. This is our family's first large, flat-screen television, so we won't be able to compare it to anything similar, but we think it is amazing! The picture on it is so clear. Although this is not a 3-D television, it actually looks 3-D at times because the image is so sharp. We think the speakers on the television work pretty well, although we also use our surround sound speakers to watch movies. The apps are fine...we don't use a lot of them. We do stream Netflix and Hulu Plus on the television. Our experience has been that the streaming did not go very well with the wireless adaptor that Samsung sells to go with the television. So we got an ethernet cable and one of those relay systems that sends the wireless signal through the electric system of our house to a box that we can connect via the ethernet cable to our television. Of course, if your tv is in the same room as your modem or router box or you want to run cable through some rooms, you won't need to buy the relay system. Hard wiring to the internet with an ethernet cable works much better for streaming movies. We are really enjoying our television and can't wait to see some football on it this fall!
