Excellent picture, but hard to set-up Smart TV

The picture quality is fantastic, but the Smart TV is not easy to set-up. The instructions are not easy to follow for a novice. You have to go to the PC to set-up an account, which is not clear when you first set-up the TV. But don't give up; the trouble seems to be worthwhile, at least so far. I have used the TV for a little over a month and I am very pleased with the picture.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight, phenomenal pictures, good value for mid-level cost
Cons: smart tv is not easy to set-up
I would recommend this to a friend!

Generally I love it - great picture detail. I have a little lip-sync problem that I didn't have with my last tv and I'm slowly getting used to the frame-rate "jump" that seems to be evident in all of the new tv's. Otherwise outstanding!
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: a few disappointments as noted above
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrific picture

This TV blows away our old Panasonic plasma. The 46" model fits our room perfectly, and with our surround sound system; who needs to go to the movies. The streaming Netflix is very cool also.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight

Older generation needs more help

TV is awsome. However, for the technical challenged such as myself, a manual would be helpful. Only being able to view the manual on the TV screen is time consuming, especially when a person would like to flip back and forth to read or re-read information. It was a lot quicker for me to just call the 800 # and ask all my questions when I got stuck with something. The manual can be downloaded by PC but again, not everyone has access to a PC other than at work.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Realistic color

Sharp image, great apps, lacks Skype and wireless

I bought the Samsung UN46D6000 mainly because of recommendations from the internet TV show Tekzilla. Their main thing was the amazing black level, good light contrast and some of the features. i agree with of this after about two months of use.
Minor points: it does not have Skype and I had to get a separate wireless adapter (luckily had one lying around in the house).
Great TV, goes very well with the Samsung Blu-ray player that we also have.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: no wireless adapter
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great display. Really like it so far. Have been owning it for about 20 days. but, one problem is Apps are very limited. Hope Sam Sung can support more Apps.
