Easy to install; however I would have liked product to include USB cable.

Been using this for 60 days now and it does a great job at printing. The ink cartridges seem to last much longer than other non Epson brand printers I've owned. I print a lot of pages being in real estate and this is the brand I rely on most when needing to print many pages and quickly. The only downside is occasionally the scanner can no longer be accessed from the deskstop / startup and I must re-install the scanner option at least twice a week? Overall, great printer for price and loaded with outstanding features more expensive models have!

I just purchased this unit and upon installation I ran into one small snag which was remedied with a quick call to Tech Support. After setting the date I did not know that there was more to do and attempted to install the ink cartridges but the printer head would not go to the "load" position. It was at this point I called for support. The "Tech" was most helpful and patient with my ignorance and walked me through. It was not noted in the set-up instructions that during "configure" that after setting the date, I should touch the icon (square w/left arrow) to advance to the next page of the configuration where I should set the time zone and time format. I thought I had already tried that and was sent back to the beginning of the "configure" stage. I panicked! I suppose if I had gone on line for the instructional video I would have found my snag. After printing a few photos, documents, etc. I believe this is going to be a better machine than those I've had previously.

Epson 2660

Great inks. Satisfied with the economic usage of inks. Love the quality of the output both black and white and color. Speed is terrific. Hate the tray system. It is not easy to use and seems to be very cheaply made. Difficult to remove as, with big hands, it is not easy for me to pull out or return to printer. George

Epson offers light, affordable, inexpensive all-in-ones that allow you to take your office with you. The WF-2660 does just that. I bought mine at Staples, because it is light, well-featured, has a very small footprint, and an ADF. It weighs just 14 pounds. So, I can take it with me to the courthouse to scan files, copy documents, and print motions, briefs, etc. Unfortunately, my wife fell in love with it, so it stays at home. I did not give it 5 stars, because ink is expensive. Epson has an even lighter unit, the Expression Home XP-420 "Small-In-One." It also has an ADF, but weighs only 9 pounds! It's foot print is smaller too, only 15.4" wide, 11.8" deep, and 5.7" tall (storage/carry size). The WF-2660 is 2.4" deeper, 3.4" taller and 4.6 pounds heavier. However, the 2660 is an elegant looking unit, wheras the 420 is a cube, not as pretty, but easier to carry/transport. See, also the Epson Premium XP-800 Small-In-One series. Similar products by other manufacturers generally weigh 40 pounds plus, have less features, and carry higher prices. Compare the only truly portable all-in-one on the market, the HP 150. It comes with a battery and an ADF, but it has less functions. The 150 weighs 6.8 pounds (not including its adapter), and it cost $299.00 plus. The WF-2660 has no battery, but wherever I go, I have outlets, and it does everything I need. Since buying my Epson, I purchased two other all-in-ones, a WF-2420 and an Epson Premium XP 800. Epson needs to sell carrying cases. I need three already!

This is why I have always liked Epson products. I was actually referred to Epson by a superior at work a number of years back when looking for a printer. And I have never looked back. They are fairly priced, especially compared with others, I find them to be predictable and therefore very easy to figure out and use and they seem to be there when you most need them; lastly, they seem to have a fair for the price life. Thanks, Epson!

The printer does not maintain a wifi connection with my Home network. This in turn creates problems when I want to print from my mac or I-pad. Have not been able to print from I phone at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Black prints and works good, but the color doesn't print good, color management in printing no good.
