Epson printer just ok

I've been using for the last couple of months and find that 1. If I send a printing job wirelessly it gets stuckfrequently. Also, It does not easily change the size of the paper and it gives me a problem when I attempt to make copies or scan.
Also the ink does not last as long as I would like.
I guess for the price it's ok.

Nice Design - not happy with the ink cartridges

Recently purchased your product (Printer WorkForce WF-2660) Set up the printer exactly a week ago, we've done some light printing and already we are getting messages to the replace the black ink cartridge and the other 3 (color) show they are almost empty. Are these defective? If not I will return this product.

Inadequate Documentation/System Problems
on April 6, 2015

Had to go online to make sure I was putting in ink correctly, the instructions do not tell you how to move to the next prompt on the printer as its asking you the date, time etc. You have to figure it out unless you install peripherals all the time. Doesn't come with a USB cord which is CHEAP! After installing I keep getting a message that says E_YARNMAE.EXE error when I try to print because a MSVCR80.DLL is missing and I need to run the software again. Now I have to fool with tracing that problem down. I have just installed the printer and have not tried all the features so this is getting three stars only for the preceding. I hope everything else is better,

Not a good replacement for my Workforce 645
on April 13, 2015

My old workforce was, hands down, the best home printer I've ever owned. This WF-2660 is just disappointing. The black ink cartridge is tiny and expensive. The interface and manuals are a disappointment. It's nice to be able to print form tablets and phones, but we've only done it twice in the last 2 months. Networking this printer is a nightmare. I've finally had to go to a direct USB connection on my primary computer to get to scanner to work reliably. It proved ridiculously difficult to scan through the network. Why is it that even if you follow all the directions on the driver package, you still have to mess around with settings for hours to get everything to work in a home network setting? Just plain disappointing.

Look in the Box

I purchased this printer because it had all the features I wanted! The only thing that was frustrating was it said on the box that ink was provided, though, it was not!

From the few things I have printed, the printer works great. But really impressed me is their tech support. I had a lot of trouble getting the printer and my computer to share the WI-FI, but the tech support was patience, kind and help me get the issue resolved without tears. Thank you Chris, Teddy and Elmer <3
