I bought this printer primarily to print out photos from which I could draw and paint. The prints come out dark and dismal, obliterating the details. I'm taking this pile of junk back to the shop.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The setup and review process for this machine was easy and not confusing. The test sheets were perfect and the machine was swift and fairly quiet. When I was done it was ready! Which is a minor miracle for the home computer user.
I would recommend this to a friend!

TROUBLE WITH PRINTING

I have had several issues with this printer printing. it would always say the ink is low so I continue to buy new ink cartridges but when I do a test print or try to copy nothing prints the page is blank

hooked up easily.
when to print test page only magenta working, showing black almost empty and others 1/4 full.
