I found it easy to install. What I liked most was the paper tray because it was easy to size to a different size. The paper didn't get clogged up. I am using card stock so I have some concern that it might damage the printer but so far so good. Of course, that would be my fault not the printers. Not sure that it was designed for that type of use.

Great Printer for the Money

Pros: Fast; great image quality; intuitive and easy to access controls; perfectly acceptable scan quality; easy to replace ink cartridges.
Cons: Noisy.
All-in-all, we are very happy with this printer. Definitely a step up in terms of usability from our previous Ach-Pey all-in-one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

WF-2660 all in one

I bought a similar printer for home use which works great so why not carry that over to work. This one on the other hand has a problem first thing in the morning. When I try to print it locks up and won't do anything, even after pressing 'cancel' on the front panel. Pressing any of the other buttons doesn't do anything either so I'm forced to unplug it so it will start up again. I've had to do this many times now, even after a hardware and software update. Not sure why it's doing this but it's very annoying.
One thing that would've been nice to have is some kind of graphics software package but that wasn't the case here but my home unit came with one, which cost this review a second star.
