Followed instructions to install product. At step 2 Turn on and configure. On screen displayed Language English had blue check . Scrolled to set,country,date and time. Screen did not change ???? Step 4 Paper tray set per instruction sheet . Inserted paper tray,it would not go in all the way in ??????? Not happy with new Epson products at all. Should have bought different make product. Can,t use new Epson Product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor Print Quality

In printing test page it took six tries to get anything to print and when I did it was very poor print. I tried copying a document and it would not even copy a simple black and white copy clearly. I am glad a have a 14 day trial.

ISSUES, ISSUES, ISSUES!

Was working really well until the ink cartridge ran out of ink. Replaced it with an Epson ink cartridge for the printer and can't get the silly thing to work. Quality not good! Don't buy.....

Amazed

I give three stars because I haven't had a chance to use/test it yet. I just purchased it an hour ago. I'm amazed that they would ask me to provide a review of the product during the initial setup and installation, though I will say that, to this point all is simple and straight forward including the wifi setup. If they were smart and wanted honest and accurate opinions they would solicit a survey a month after it's registered and reward responders with free set of ink cartridges.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Difficult to connect to computer. Loaded disk, had help followed all the steps. No luck. Easy connect to iPhone and iPad but not computer.
