Easy installation process , very good print quality , I got this printer in a decent price so for me it is good at the begging but I need to wait after a few days of use to know if it was a good deal !!! At this moment I am happy with my purchase.

I am not technically challenged having installed many printers at home as well as network over many years but this one is presenting much difficulty and the software is not working adequately in identifying problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Capable and Friendly

I've been using this unit for a month now. And I'm finding it more than adequate for the scanning, copying and transmitting tasks I've assigned it. It is speedy, quiet and has excellent resolution. And it is economical. It is compact. Fits in the small space I have. Doesn't have a lot of appendages to catch on. And uses the paper I have a lot of.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Problems Refilling Ink

Like most printers now a days.. They won't let you refill the ink and the ink cost as much as the printer.
