setup confusion

I suppose I should be happy that it printed a document after set up, but at the end of the set up menu, it said "setup failed". I don't really know what to think. Fax is impossibly slow with so many communication errors and restarts I gave up.

THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST PRINTER INSTALL EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD. I HAVE OWNED SEVERAL PRINTERS (5-7) IN MY PROFESSIONAL LIFETIME. I KEEP GETTING "PAPER JAMMED" WHEN THERE IS NO PAPER JAMMED WHEN ATTEMPTING TO PRINT FROM MY COMPUTER. NOW I MUST EITHER RETURN..AGAIN OR SEEK A PROFESSIONAL TECH TO HELP ME CUZ I DO NOT HAVE FREE LONG DISTANCE DIALING....OR CONTINUE TO READ, READ, READ FOR MORE HOURS FIND ALL NECESSARY INFO ON HOW TO FIX PROBLEMS. DO NOT CALL THE SERVICE # (562------) UNLESS YOU HAVE FREE LONG DISTANCE DIALING.

very frustrating

I had an Epson printer before this one and it was great. This one is very frustrating. It doesn't connect very well wirelessly. Sometimes I have to turn it off and turn it back on for it to accept a printing job. It sort of defeats the purpose of having a wireless printer where you can print from anywhere in your home.

I have tried for 1 hr to set this printer up with no luck. The screen keeps telling me that the paper source is invalided. I have pushed and changed every button with no results. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

At the age of 67, I was able to set up and install my printer with the very easy tutorial provided. The entire experience, from purchase to setup to my first print was "as smooth as silk"! Kudos Epson for an excellent product!!!!!

DON'T PURCHASE THIS PRINTER IF U NEED PRINT A LOT! TAKE SEVERAL TIMES TO TAKE THE PAPER FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE PRINTER...!!! IF IS LESS THEN 5 SHEETS WILL PRINT FINE BUT IF IS MORE THEN 10 PAGES IS A PAIN IN THE BUTT!
