THE PRINTER IS A GREAT BUY AND EASY TO SET UP ONLY PROBLEM WAS INSTALLATION DIRECTIONS ARE NOT VERY GOOD THERE IS NO MENTION OF HOW TO SET UP AND INSTALL INK YOU NEED TO USE SCREEN THERE IS NO MENTION OF THIS IN DIRECTIONS THAT YOU NEED TO USE TOUCH SCREEN = OR THERE IS A TOUCH SCREEN

So far, all elements of the printer are working fine. A bit noisy but all home printers seem to be so. The all important "how long does an ink cartridge last" question still needs to be answered. Cartridge replacement cost is still unknown to me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

First of all, it is difficult to program all the features. I needed professional help (and it's still not satisfactory,BTW). It is very noisy...and I can't find out how to mute the phone ringing when sending a
fax. If it works for a while, I will be satisfied...not

Tried to put todays date in 06/11/2016 and it would not allow me to all I could do to keep going was to put 01/01/2010 in which is not right!!!

Does NOT print double to double sided nor collate

Disappointed. The only double sided COPYING is single to double. My document is double side, and I want to copy it and collate it 50 times. This printer DOES NOT do this.
It says does automatic double side PRINTING yes, but not double side COPYING.
Not happy.

this took me 4 hours to set up ( my cd rom / dvd reader writer / blueray does not work
