For old folks, you need to put in the directions that this unit has a touch screen!

Are you kidding me??!! I buy a brand new Epson printer, and there are no clear directions on how to install the frigg'n ink cartridges!!! C'mon customer service folks. Supply some rudimentary directions on how to install these things!

I haven't used it much, but the print quality seems good and the speed isn't bad. I'm happy with the quality for the price. The print cartridges cost more than the printer!

Priced right for home business

Just hooked it up and with IT help via remote we got her up and running. Fortunately had old usb cable from previous printer that made job easier. Start up instructions not exactly for beginners. She looks real fine and prints / copies ever so well. Thanks all. Namaste...

I did buy an extra set of ink. As soon as my ink runs out, I will throw this printer/scanner out. Most horrible scanner I have ever purchased.
Yes it is cheap, as long as you are wiling to put up with hours of wasted time to figure out why it is not working

Ever seen the movie Office Space? The scene where the fax / printer gets taken out and beaten to bits with a bat...yeah...that's what this printer makes me feel like I want to do...frustrating beyond belief.
I have had this printer for less than a year, and it has been replaced twice by Epson. Both times it was because it stopped printing with magenta ink. I only used Epson ink, and followed all product guidelines and troubleshooting.
When the printer does work it is just ok. It often gives error messages saying it is offline, and the computer must be restarted to get it online. Print quality is decent, but it uses a lot of ink, and cartridges are small for the size printer it is.
Customer service is great, and each time they send me a new one, but at this point I am on my third one in a year, and I am just waiting for the exact same problem to pop up. I would rather the printer be replaced with a different model that doesn't have this defect, or just purchase a different brand. After the warranty is up, and I don't get it replaced anymore, I will definitely go with a different brand.
