So far, I am impressed but have an issue

I have used HP printers for many years and this Workforce WF-2660 impressed me with its features, mainly with stating the graphics are very close to resembling that of a laser.
One problem I have yet to solve. When we place an item on the device to copy, a message on the screen appears "Place the document on the scanner glass and press __ or __. When I do this, another message appears showing "The paper source setting is invalid
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this printer to replace another printer. Never thought that Epson would be so easy to install

Excellent Tech Support

I was looking for a printer that has these technologies to test my apps (I am an app developer): near field, wifi, wifi-direct, airprint. This one has them all!
I called tech support because I could not figure out how to use the wifi-direct for the peer to peer mode with my iPad Air. From my past experience, calling tech support to any manufactures devices had never been fun or any good outcome. Until, Epson tech!
The first person (level 1), is not able to help. But my issue was escalate to level 2 within 1-2 minutes!!! Gap (think what the level guy name) handled my issue. He was helping me and somehow the phone was disconnected. I got a call back from Gap in less than 5 minutes. And he know exactly what was the caused. None of the iOS devices currently support this mode. I just happened to have an Android tablet and tested work fine!
The machine itself is excellent product as well with all that new technologies. Not sure about the ink cost though.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am very pleased with my Wi Fi printer. I waited to make a comment until after I had used it. This is not my first Epson and I have been satisfied with each one. I have added features with each one. Yes, I would recommend this printer, it is inexpensive and highly recommended for home or home office use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

this printer was the worst printer I have ever bought
we printer paper that printed really good then it would pick up my computer and print anything we turned it off and the light kept blinking then we turned it back on ant the light was still blinking so e tried to print another paper and the printer froze up
