Now have for 2 weeks, without a single hic-cup. Setup was a snap, though I did use a USB cable first. Yes, I read the other write-ups too. Bought it for the paper tray. Works well with Hallmark card program. Bought it mainly for the Wi-Fi function which was a breeze at setup. Can't really find a fault, though I am still learning. Updating software was a little time consuming, but I assume needed.

It has serious problem. When printing it skips or half prints the tops of words through out the article. I have a 65 page article and to print and distribute.can't use it if the printer does not do its job.

Epson WF2660 Printer

I have never experienced so much trouble just to get a printer installed. The directions included with the printer are pitiful and impossible to follow. I worked all one afternoon trying to get this printer installed and never did. Finally I went to the set up instructions on the web site and these made sense and I finally got the printer working.

Buy ink now or else! No option.

This decides when you need to buy ink and gives you no choice in the matter. Jet blank perfect prints or NO prints. Maybe I really don't care if the print is slighly lighter than perfect jet black. I would like to decide when I change the ink. EPSON stay out of it. Don't worry, I'll buy your ink eventually but I want to decide when to buy it and when the printing too light or too dark.

I am impressed with this combo printer from Epson. I didn't realize how bad our prints were on our other printer until we printed some things out on our new 2660. It looks flawless. We haven't set up the fax yet, but if it works as well as it prints and makes copies, it would be more than I expected.

Uses Inordinate Amounts of Ink

I've found this printer works fine other than it uses tremendous quantities of expensive ink, particularly the magenta and yellow. I don't print frequently, yet I've had to refill the magenta and the yellow twice so far this month. That seems excessive to me. When it runs out, the readout says that I can continue to print in black ink (which is all I ever use anyway), but there is no way that I've been able to figure that I can tell the printer to continue printing in black. When I proceed to print, it tells me I have to replace the color. For this reason, I would not recommend this printer.

Downward trend in product quality

I purchased this printer 12/12/15 and had to unplug it to reset it three times. There have been times when I would send a print request and the printer would lock up and not function without unplugging the power. . I have had two Epson WF-3540 printers as my last printers. The first worked great, I gave it to my son and it continues to work. . The second worked for about 2 years until the blue ink stopped working. I purchased a ink cartridge cleaning kit and it did not fix the issue therefore I trashed the printer. . I then purchased this printer (WF-2660) because the 3540 price was much higher. I have owned this printer for less than one month and based on the problems I have had I can not recommend the purchase
