This printer uses A LOT of ink! And unless all 4 cartridges are full you cannot print. You cannot even print in black and white only. I don't print much very often and every time I try to print one page I get error messages. And this printer takes up to 4 minutes to scan a single page. I know someone with one of the larger models. It works much better.

Fast printing, very fast scanning. Good fax. Good on ink usage. All A+.
Downfalls are in changing things, like scan paramiters, and paper sizes.

My wife is not computer literate. If all she has to do is turn it on and press go, she yells "It ain't working" so this one always works and I don't gotta go into the panic mode. Great color quality too!

I purchased one that had a problem and Epson replaced it without any difficulty or problem. It is easy to set up, operate, and maintain. It had more features than I expected which pleased us very much. Very happy with this purchase, the pricing was acceptable, delivery was normal, so over all so far I am satisfied with Epson and their business performance is above average bordering on excellent.

Epson WorkForce WF-2660 All-in-One Printer

So far so good! Set up was straightforward and instructions clear. I like the speed and quality of the printing. I have not used it for printing pictures yet, but the documents are clear and crisp. It is noisy turning itself on and off, but nicely quiet when printing. I hope it is frugal with ink, but my son has been printing a lot of sheet music and the black cartridge that came with the printer just now needed to be replaced, good sign! Scan function works as expected. I have not set up or used the fax capability yet. The touch screen was useful when there was a paper jam (son pulled out tray while printing), but it was simple to pull out the tray and the jammed paper. I love printing from anywhere in the house.

Poor setup manual, no detail or illustrations

My last Epson printer of three years ago came with a detailed manual for the set up, features, and operating benefits. Like all others this has been done away with and is now very limited. Saving pennies makes it frustrating for the consumer.I have only used the unit a limited amount of time and it does have good speed and laser like printing. The touch screen is a nice option and worth the added expense. At this juncture, I would give high ratings if it came with a booklet instead of a few worthless pages called a manual. I would give it five stars if there was not a lack of information as noted.
