This printer needs new ink cartridges every... 3 months? We're not even a regular use printer-family. We print maybe 5pages a month or so?
The printer software is VERY efficient at telling us how low the ink levels are... it also refuses to print on low ink levels... wont even give the option for black and white.
AVOID THIS MONEY PIT
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

ink runs out constantly , requires multiple head cleanings before print out is decent, replaced black ink and now does not print black ink

No USB/phone cables in the box

This printer did NOT come with a phone or USB cables. Hence, as a first time user what was one suppose to do? Go back to the store and buy one so that the Wi-Fi/FAX software can be installed?

Just bought this Epson workforce at a bargain price and so far have no problem with all the nice feature all in one. I would recommend this printer to all my friends because of the price and with lots of option.

So far so good, I've had it for almost 2 years, a lot of kids school projects to print etc..the epson ink runs out very quickly. Thats probably because of the printing the kids do. Quality if good and worth the money.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Tired of the pricey brand, which was 3 times more expensive, I thought I'd give Epson a try. Very glad I did. It does all the things the expensive brand does and the ink is just as economical. I would give it 5 stars, but find the 2-sided printing a bit difficult --The thing they have to help keep the paper in place makes it hard to slide another piece of paper in to print on the flip side. --But overall, yes a great buy !!
